Inspection logs for the different locations can easily be set up in a standardized format and sustainably stored. A geodata viewer makes it easier to plan inspections and evaluate location-related marketing measures in consideration of relevant environment data. The integration of stores with their respective master data and equipment features enables a comparison of the on-site circumstances with the stored inventory.

Centralized basic features allow you to link and evaluate the data. Using the workflow management, you can define processes and responsibilities in a thematic way. Integrated document storage makes it possible to add documents and images related to tasks. User interfaces can be adjusted according to your needs. A personalized dashboard supports the individualized organization of appointments, tasks, and evaluations.

The Assets / Inventory module maps all significant features of structural and technical facilities for asset and inventory management. The scope and form of the depiction can be configured according to your needs and for different categories. The inventory compiled in this way can, for example, be allocated to incoming tickets regarding disruptions or fault reports and subsequent measures. Linking the assets to service contracts allows you to integrate the respective servicing and maintenance plans.  

The routing module expands the geodata-based features from expansion and sales management by adding efficient route planning. An individually developed algorithm calculates optimal start-to-destination routes and round trips. You can manually enter the respective address or transfer these from the master data.
