The software also supports cyclic bill generation for sales-based rents and ancillary costs. All payment-relevant data are prepared to be transferred to an accounting department for automated processing.

The module Real Estate Management (landlord) offers an expansion of the contract management feature for rented real estate in the form of business administration and contract billing for rented commercial and residential properties. A freely selectable classification of properties into buildings or units and structures for gas, water, or electricity meters make it easier to allocate apportionable costs. Based on this cost breakdown and the contracts that are valid during the billing period, you can invoice ancillary costs for existing rental contracts in consideration of advance payments. All payment-relevant data are prepared to be transferred to an accounting department for automated processing.
With the module Provider / Disposal Services, you can manage property-related framework agreements with energy suppliers and allocate service centers in the stores. The automated processing of posting data serves to differentiate between monthly payments and annual reserves, for example, based on outstanding ancillary or maintenance costs, energy or sales-based rent billing. The implementation of respective applications requires a configuration tailored to the specific customer.
