Basic package
The basic expansion package maps the fundamental company processes in the area of expansion. It consists of thematically coordinated modules for recording offers, locations, and regions for expansion planning. By means of automatic geocoding for the stored addresses and in consideration of competitors and anchor tenants, you can carry out similarity analyses and location evaluations and visualize these in configurable maps.
Centralized basic features allow you to link and evaluate the data. Using the workflow management, you can define processes and responsibilities in a thematic way. Integrated document storage makes it possible to add documents and images related to tasks. User interfaces can be adjusted according to your needs. A personalized dashboard supports the individualized organization of appointments, tasks, and evaluations.
Extensions
The module Stores forms the foundation for all real estate management by mapping the individual properties of a store network. In expansion planning, it enhances the management of offers and locations with the option of transferring the captured data to existing stores. In addition to the basic data on the location and type of properties, you can store cost centers, opening hours, and information on the area used, and reference all independent topics such as contracts and agreements or tasks and billing. The clear allocation of properties enables calculations and evaluations.
The module Inspections enables structured planning and documentation of thematic inspections based on needs-oriented checklists with standardized response options. The checklists take the form of an intuitively structured survey which employees can answer on site. When creating templates, they can take advantage of features that alleviate the design process.
The module Geodata Routing expands the geodata-based features from expansion and sales management by adding efficient route planning. An individually developed algorithm calculates optimal start-to-destination routes and round trips. You can manually enter the respective address or transfer these from the master data.
The module Geodata Analysis evaluates demographic and socioeconomic environment data by means of defined catchment areas. The spatial relationship can be derived on the basis of zip codes and district codes or freely defined. The area-related environment data on buying power, retail index, or centrality are imported via Excel or XSL.
The module Scenario Planing simulates hypothetical applications by comparing PLAN, TARGET, and ACTUAL data. Forecasts made this way are based on projections of valid data pools at a certain point in time and the resulting assumptions, which may be enhanced by personal assessments.
