The basic property/land package allows you to map plots with the required cadaster and land registry information. Mapping separated by clients enables clear management of plots, particular for mass data. With the help of the integrated geodata viewer, you can show plots along with any additional factual data in spatial and thematic maps. Data retention regarding plot information takes place a manner compliant with the ALKIS standard, with details on usage types, legal classifications, location designations, and references to land registry information. Integrated plausibility check help record and monitor the existing land. The payment-relevant data to be transferred to accounting for automated processing are prepared in the basic property/invoicing package. Optionally, accounting vouchers can also be processed in addition to payment receipts to ensure financially effective inventory postings.

Centralized basic features allow you to link and evaluate the data. Using the workflow management, you can define processes and responsibilities in a thematic way. Integrated document storage makes it possible to add documents and images related to tasks. User interfaces can be adjusted according to your needs. Purchasing contract

The purchasing contract module is an expansion of the basic property package and helps you show plot purchases and sales for specific dates. You have the option of storing all specific details on purchasing contracts, information on certification, on the transfer date, and on the purchasing price modalities. The addition and disposal of the respective plots by area and value is recorded for economic ownership, with the optional addition of ownership according to the land registry.

Inventory contracts

The inventory contracts module is an expansion to the basic property package which allows you to map plot-related usage contracts, including associated payment data (payment plan). Revenue contracts can be divided into land leasing and licensing contracts or hunting and fishing rights contracts. Cost contracts for services such as winter road clearance or maintenance of green areas can be depicted as framework contracts. Plots are allocated to the respective usage contracts in line with the specific duration and land. In terms of land use, you can differentiate between in use and neutral, for example to prevent double leases or consciously make these possible.

Inventory measures

The inventory measures module is an expansion of the basic property package which allows you to document additions and disposals of plot areas without a contractual basis, e.g., in the event of cadaster corrections. This module also records costs that increase inventory value, such as notary invoices, and shows the increase in value of the parcel. You can allocate the plots by date and specific area. You can also subdivide the inventory reference (increasing value, decreasing value, neutral). The addition and disposal of the respective plots or areas is recorded for economic ownership, with the optional addition of ownership according to the land registry.

Notices

The notices module is an expansion of the basic property package and allows you to record and manage incoming notices or comparable obligatory contributions. You have the option of allocating the cost contributions to contractual partners from usage contracts or involved land owners. To complete sovereign tasks, the software can also help you with assigning and monitoring notices.

Compensation

The compensation module is an expansion of the basic property package and makes it possible to record and manage compensation projects and associated measures in accordance with nature conservation and forestry laws. The compensation measures can also be used to map ecopoints. Plots are allocated to the respective compensation contracts in line with the specific duration and land. You can also differentiate in terms of land use, for example to prevent the duplicate assignment of compensation.

Inventory posting

This expansion allows for the pre-recording and automatic further processing of economically effective inventory postings to accountable events relevant to financial statements in the accounting ledger or ongoing inventory changes in the asset ledger in the form of account postings. Applications related to the asset ledger include value appreciation or depreciation of plots, e.g., through purchasing transactions.
