Overview of the energy package
The energy package creates cost transparency and comparability of the utility services used – in consideration of overarching framework contracts and property-related individual agreements.
Advanced payments and cyclic settlement with an allocation of the individual consumption amounts and costs form closed document chains, which are based on the respective agreement. The deduction and settlement data can be transferred via an EDIFACT/EDI interface, checked for factual correctness, and approved. In addition, including an independent price portal for electricity and gas allows you to create analyses and gives you a preview of the expected costs.
Basic package
The basic energy package supports the fundamental company energy supply processes within the framework of store or property management. It enables automated checks of monthly and annual accounts for energy suppliers. Billing take place on the basis of existing suppler contracts and calculated consumption per billing item and in consideration of already paid advanced payments. All payment-relevant data are prepared to be transferred to an accounting department for automated processing.
Centralized basic features allow you to link and evaluate the data. Using the workflow management, you can define processes and responsibilities in a thematic way. Integrated document storage makes it possible to add documents and images related to tasks. User interfaces can be adjusted according to your needs. A personalized dashboard supports the individualized organization of appointments, tasks, and evaluations.
Extensions
The connection to the independent price portal ene’t enables a simulation of outstanding electricity and gas company bills on the basis of own readings, calculated consumption and the ene’t price database. Future energy costs can be derived by extrapolation for individual cost planning.
A comparison with the ene’t price database allows you to check and verify incoming utility bills. This way, you can quickly detect deviations and correct these by means of a clearing process with the energy supplier.
The accounting vouchers module enables pre-documentation and automatic further processing of accounting vouchers for accounting events relevant to the financial statements in the accounting ledger in the form of account postings. The automated processing of posting data serves to differentiate between monthly payments and annual reserves, for example, based on outstanding ancillary or maintenance costs, energy or sales-based rent settlements. The implementation of respective applications requires a configuration tailored to the specific customer.
