Application process
The successful application procedure for applicants is rather simple.
On our career portal, you can find all job offers. Choose your dream job and submit your application online. All you need to do is fill out our application form and upload your complete documents.
You can attach the following formats up to a size of 5 MB: Word (docx), PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF. If your attachments exceed a size of 5 MB, you can simply send them to us by email at bewerbung@comin.de.
After we’ve reviewed your documents and determined you might be a good fit, we’ll want to get to know you better. To do so, we’ll invite you to a phone interview, video conference call, or an initial in-person meeting. The goal of this first interview lies in clarifying your professional requirements and finding out whether we’d be a good match for each other.
After a positive first meeting, we’ll invite you to a second interview, which will definitely take place in person at one of our offices. Here, you can discuss the topics we’ve already addressed in more detail, follow up on any open questions from the first interview, and you’ll also have the opportunity to meet further Com In employees.
After positive meetings with you, we’ll be delighted for you to join our team. Before we send you the final employment contract, we’ll send you a sample contract by email, which we’ll ask you to confirm. This will detail all the important information on the employment relationship. That’s it – now we look forward to working with you at Com In.
If things didn’t work out this time around, you can still stay optimistic. Subject to your approval, we might contact you again in the near future if any other positions come up that would be suitable for you.

Here you will find a compilation of frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers regarding the application process.
As soon as you’ve sent off your application, you’ll receive confirmation of receipt. Your application will be forwarded to the department responsible for candidate management. We check all applications personally. We don’t use an algorithm to make selections. As soon as we know more about your application status, we’ll get in touch with you.
Please only apply via our career portal and refrain from sending applications by mail or email.
That’s not a problem. To allow us to process your application quickly and easily, please apply for each position separately. Please also make sure you submit a complete application for each position.

As soon as you’ve submitted your application, you’ll no longer be able to access your documents. But you can submit further information or documents at any time. Please send these to the following email address: bewerbung@comin.de. Of course, you can also withdraw your application at any time.
You’re welcome to ask any question regarding the application process or the advertised position. Any further questions will be discussed during the interview. Calling us won’t influence the application and decision-making processes.

We regularly update our job offers. If a position is still available online in our career portal, this means it’s still vacant.
The length of the application process varies depending on the position and the size of the department. We always try to give you a response quickly.

We want everyone to feel at home right from the start. Our onboarding process makes your start with Com In easier, so you can quickly become a full-fledged member of the team family. You’ll get to know our different offices with all team members, receive all important information and work materials straight away, and will gain insight into all departments as well as benefit from intensive training regarding the product. A mentor will accompany you through the onboarding process. They will be able to answer all of your questions. Regular feedback sessions and an induction plan will help you thanks to close support and the time for you to reflect on the point you’re currently at of the induction process.
