Interfaces
The com.TRADENET basic package already includes all the important interfaces of a CREM software solution.
On top of this, it offers additional integration options that can be used as needed and in line with the customer’s requirements.
These include intelligent interfaces that cater to different systems, formats, and applications. For example, this comprises the fully automated exchange of posting data both for credit-side and debit-side postings from payment receipts as well as account postings from accounting documents. Importing external data supplies or comparisons with price portals are also possible. Depending on your requirements, interfaces can either be operated offline in the form of a data-exchange interface or online in the form of an interconnection with web services.
