Geodata
The geodata viewer comes into play when the plots available in the system are equipped with geodata.
The location of the plots selected in the process can then be displayed on a topographical map and interpreted, for example with information on soil and conservation areas.
The requirement is that the desired additional information is set up in the geodata viewer – since WMS services are becoming increasingly prevalent, these image data are available for free. The topographical maps stored in the geodata viewer are available as standard.
When cleverly compiled, the visualized information in the geodata viewer can also support strategic decisions or interpret subject matters. Overlaps of several protected areas with nitrate-polluted zones constitutes crucial information for concluding leasing or purchasing contracts. Basic information such as the ground values specified by evaluation teams can also be made available as an image file in the geodata viewer and thereby support important decision-making processes.
Dashboard
As the user's personal control cockpit, the dashboard compresses and visualizes all relevant data, deadlines and evaluations. It thus ensures maximum transparency and clarity in the work process.
Reports
Multidimensional data analysis include the compilation, processing and comparison of characteristics such as existing areas, book accounting values or contractual partners.
Management & controlling
For the participation of management and financial accounting in procedural tasks in the internal workflow, com.LIVIS offers the possibility of selective processing and release of documents, even without a full license.
Finance
com.LIVIS is an established pre-system for financial accounting systems. In addition to the formation of periodic postings of costs and revenues, complex processes such as accrual and provision postings including their use and release are also mapped.
