Dashboard
The dashboard visualizes relevant data, appointments, and evaluations for individual users, a work team, or controlling, and thereby creates transparency for the work processes and the respective processing statuses.
Individual evaluations and checklists are also shown in the dashboard. The application is intuitive and clear.
Many users prefer launching the program via the dashboard: It displays personal appointments and individual work packages as “my tasks” and with “my” processing status, making them easy to access and giving them a clear design. A direct link allows you to easily switch to the selected process to enter data, meet deadlines, or initiate the next step.
Those responsible for a team can retrieve specific evaluations, for example all contracts expiring in the fourth quarter that generated more than EUR 500 in revenue. Checklists allow you to apply a filter, for example to view agricultural leases with plots that don’t contain a value section, and thereby secure the data quality. Moreover, the dashboard can display maps with information that stems for the current operation data.
Geodata
The geodata viewer visualizes existing parcels and processes in a spatial context with relevant information and supplementary demographic data.
Reports
Multidimensional data analysis include the compilation, processing and comparison of characteristics such as existing areas, book accounting values or contractual partners.
Management & controlling
For the participation of management and financial accounting in procedural tasks in the internal workflow, com.LIVIS offers the possibility of selective processing and release of documents, even without a full license.
Finance
com.LIVIS is an established pre-system for financial accounting systems. In addition to the formation of periodic postings of costs and revenues, complex processes such as accrual and provision postings including their use and release are also mapped.
