Customer Days 2025

Our customer days have never been as big and diverse as they were this year—two days full of inspiration, practical relevance, and personal encounters. Customers, partners, and guests took advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas, take away new insights, and look ahead to the future of corporate real estate management together.

Special thanks go to our guest speaker, Mr. Menzel from Synlab, whose presentation provided valuable food for thought for the future of our industry.

In addition to insights into the Com In strategy, the focus was also on our latest developments – including the com.in Connect app, the Webframe, and our outlook on digital assistants/AI. Keynote speeches also highlighted topics such as rental planning 3.0, property tax & asset accounting, construction and maintenance budgeting, and compensation.
