The better the user’s skills and knowledge, the more efficiently they can use the system solution. We provide specific types of training courses to help you deploy our real estate and property management software quickly and easily.

During kick-off or introductory workshops, you’ll get a very compact and comprehensive overview of using our software solutions. In turn, we can evaluate individual questions/demands in more detail and derive corresponding configurations. Depending on the topic, the workshops cater to specialists and managers from a wide range of areas, such as expansion, construction and installation, real estate, technology, controlling, organization/IT, and management. In the workshop, we discuss and illustrate customer-specific topics by means of practical examples.

The actual training courses for user groups generally take place after all data have been successfully migrated. They are run by experienced employees who will devise goals, requirements, and focal points in advance together with you as a customer. We don’t just want to teach you theoretical knowledge, but moreover to directly take the customer’s specific processes into account during the training, incorporate these in a practice-oriented way, and point out any optimization potential. We differentiate between basic training courses for new program users and advanced additional training courses for specific topics and individual questions from key users.

To prepare for the deployment, but also to further expand the system, we regularly offer specific foundational and advanced courses for application administrators and technical administrators. In these, we pass on comprehensive knowledge on the software’s functional and structural setup.

Even after you have successfully launched the software, you will experience a need for optimization in ongoing operation, whether through the addition of new modules and features or procedural adjustments within the company. Your personal consultant is of course happy to help you with further analysis and optimization workshops at any time.
