Foundational and advanced course for application administrators and technical administrators.

To prepare for the introduction of, but also to further expand the com.TRADENET / com.LIVIS system, Com In GmbH & Co.KG is offering a foundational and advanced course for application administrators and technical administrators. The goal of the courses lies in providing comprehensive basic knowledge of the com.TRADENET / com.LIVIS system in terms of its functional and structural setup. After completing the course, participants will be able to independently carry out comprehensive configurations for customer-specific processes, actions, additional data fields, user views, etc. With these skills, they’ll be able to offer better support from a customer perspective for the introduction/use, assess questions/requirements in more detail, and evaluate the derived configuration in a more comprehensive way.

Target group: Administrators, power users, project managers

The administrative training course is divided into two individual courses that can be taken individually or in full.

Course 1: Application Configuration & Interface Adapter

June 17 2024; 1:00 p.m. – June 19, 2024; 1:00 p.m. (Schwerin)

Fees: €1,100.00

This course will teach the basic skills for configuring customer-specific business process and working with the interface adapter in com.TRADENET/com.LIVIS.

After completing the course, participants will be able to configure these processes independently.

Course content:

  • Brief introduction to the application/administration in com.TRADENET/com.LIVIS
  • Process configuration for customer-specific mapping of procedures
  • Actions, data fields, etc.
  • Various configuration exercises using practical case studies
  • Basic knowledge of user/role concepts
  • Configuration of the graphic interface

Profile of requirements for course participants:

  • Understanding of process-oriented procedure models
  • Fundamental knowledge of the procedures in the core process of store management
  • Basic knowledge of user/role concepts
  • Fundamental knowledge of the procedures in the core process of store management

Course 2: Dashboard

June 19, 2024; 2:00 p.m. – June 20, 2024; 12:00 p.m. (Schwerin)

Fees: € 550.00

This course will convey detailed knowledge on working method and configuration of the dashboard in com.TRADENET/com.LIVIS.

Course content:

  • Setup and working method
  • Guidelines on structuring
  • Creating lists with the list assistant
  • Creating complex lists while taking performance into account
  • Dashboard in the web

Profile of requirements for course participants:

  • Understanding of process-oriented procedure models
  • Fundamental knowledge of the procedures in the core process of store management
  • Basic knowledge of working with databases and SQL
  • Basic knowledge of user/role concepts

Registration and Cancellation Policy

The participation fee, including lunch, refreshments, ASP test access, and a range of technical documentation, amounts to € 550,00 excl. VAT per day per participant. Registration for the course is required and possible by e-mail or fax. The number of participants is limited, and we retain the right to cancel a course up to 10 days before the scheduled date if fewer than 3 participants sign up. After submitting their registration, participants will receive a registration confirmation. They can cancel up to five business days before the start of the event without incurring any costs. After this date, or in the event of non-attendance, the participant will be charged the fee for the respective course. The number of participants is limited. If you are unable to attend, another person can take your place. Please inform us of such a change in writing at least 24 hours before the course starts, either by e-mail or fax.
